Initial Submission
Prospective authors are invited to submit original technical papers of 4 to 6 pages (including tables, figures and references) in the IEEE Conference template. All submissions should be written in English. The paper should not include any header or footer information in the top/bottom margins (e.g. do not include page numbers, copyright notices, etc.). Please prepare your A4 paper in accordance to IEEE guidelines at http://www.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/publishing/templates.htm or download the doc file here.
Proofread your source document thoroughly. When you are ready with your paper, please submit your PDF-formatted paper through ICWT 2024 EasyChair paper submission site:

Before Creating a PDF
Add the copyright notice to the bottom of the first page of your source document.
- For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is: U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright
- For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia), the copyright notice is: 979-8-3503-7705-7/24/$31.00 ©2024 Crown
- For papers in which all authors are employed by the European Union, the copyright notice is: 979-8-3503-7705-7/24/$31.00 ©2024 European Union
- For all other papers the copyright notice is: 979-8-3503-7705-7/24/$31.00 ©2024 IEEE
If necessary, contact the Committee at icwt[dot]conference[at]gmail[dot]com for the appropriate copyright notice.
Don’t forget to prepare your IEEE copyright transfer form.
Creating your PDF eXpress Account
To make sure that your PDF camera ready paper is in conformance to IEEE Xplore publication requirements, please check your PDF file with PDF eXpress by following below guidelines.
- Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress TM site
- First-time users should do the following:
- Select the New Users – Click Here link.
- Enter the following:
- 62080X for the Conference ID
- your email address
- a password
- Continue to enter information as prompted.
- An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying
your account setup.
- Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that
was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.
Tips for adding the IEEE copyright notice to your pdf:
- You may want to first prepare your pdf, and then add the IEEE copyright notice separately using a pdf editing program. You can then re-print the document in pdf format and then validate it using IEEE PDF eXpress.
- If you are preparing your paper in LaTeX and you are using the IEEEtran document class, this may help:
Add the following code before the \maketitle command:

Add the following code after the \maketitle command:

Make sure you use the appropriate IEEE copyright notice string, as explained above.
